At SouthSide, we currently have several larger HMOs (4+ bedrooms) available and aim to offer a service to match you with other tenants—also sourced by us—to share a larger property under a joint and several liability tenancy.
Please note any tenancy offered in this way would be joint and severally liable meaning you would all be on one tenancy agreement and equally liable for the entire property as such.

Please also note that you are not guaranteed a response and all final decisions are made by the property owner in any case.
If you are a single applicant or a smaller group and would consider the option of sharing a larger property with other, similar people, please complete this form and if we believe you would be a good match, we will contact you to discuss, and with your permission, put you in touch.

You could then view the property and if you are all agreed you wish to proceed, we would seek the Landlord’s approval, in addition to your supporting documents (for example, references and/or guarantors where necessary)

Your form will be sent to the Lettings Team who will review your submission, and should we have or recieve down the line, another application, who we believe to be a "match", we will contact you to consent for your details to be passed on to them. We will not pass on any contact details without written consent.

Should we have a suitable property available for your new group, we will prompt you to apply for this.
