    Note of interest
  • PLEASE NOTE:

This is a note of interest in properties that we may have available. It is in no way confirming security of a tenancy.

This is a note of interest where we request a summary of your current circumstances which will be shared with the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they agree to offer you a tenancy.

Any decision will be on the condition that the information supplied on this form can be verified and satisfactory credit and reference checks obtained. All information provided on this form will be shared with the landlord (except for contact details - you will always only be contacted by someone from Southside Property Management throughout this process).

We recommend you start to prepare your tenancy documents (listed below) now as, if you are accepted, this will speed up the process preparing your tenancy agreement for signing.

If you are accepted you will have to provide:

    -photographic ID (drivers license/passport)

    -VISA (where applicable)

-proof of address (dated within 3 months of your application e.g utility bill, bank letter or official correspondence with your name)

    -student ID/matriculation letter

-Guarantor form completed by your guarantor and all supporting documents uploaded (ID, proof of address, proof of income)

-Landlord references and/or their full contact details including email address

  • We are currently retaining details of any tenants interested in upcoming HMOs for the 2025/26 academic year. We anticipate these properties will begin to surface between late February and April 2025.

Please complete this form to register your information in relation to your search for an HMO. Please be advised this does not guarantee you a property and any properties sent to you may have an initial “indicative rent” (ie, approximate, which may slightly alter upon the official notice being received from the tenants). The availability date of any prospective property you are sent may also change if the Landlord decides, for example, to complete a refurbishment once the current tenants have left.

We will share your interest with the Landlord of any future matching property for them to make a decision on whether they agree to offer you a tenancy in principle (subject to viewing, document checks, references). Several applicants may be offered such, and a tenancy is not guaranteed until you have signed the official tenancy agreement.

Any decision will be on the condition that the information supplied on this form can be verified and satisfactory credit and reference checks obtained. All information provided on this form will be shared with the landlord (except for contact details - you will always only be contacted by someone from Southside Property Management throughout this process).

  • Please note we find rent per room is based on a number of factors, however, the most common include:

    • Location of property
    • Size of property
    • Condition of property (i.e. when last upgraded/refurbished)
    • Property facilities (i.e. ensuite bathroom/private garden)
    • Time of year
